Evidence integrity
Document fingerprints
Docket reference uploads receive a SHA-256 fingerprint. Matching fingerprints support byte-for-byte comparison of files; a fingerprint alone cannot establish authenticity, lawful collection, authorship or truth of the contents.
Attributed docket history
Saved docket histories record edits, document-reference changes and exports with user attribution and timestamps. Histories are append-only. Draft saving preserves docket data and document references; it is not a claim that every original uploaded file is securely archived for later retrieval.
Admissibility and preservation
Keep original materials in an approved evidence repository and document collection, custody, handling and verification independently. AI summaries and generated PDF or Word dockets require professional review and do not replace source evidence or jurisdiction-specific admissibility requirements.
