Pathfinder is a restricted investigative workspace. Users must have appropriate organisational authority and a lawful basis for the information they submit, access or disclose. Unauthorised access, disclosure and attempts to circumvent controls are prohibited and may give rise to civil, disciplinary or criminal consequences under applicable law.
Implemented safeguards
Protected pages require a verified session. Roles are held separately from profile data and checked server-side for restricted operations. Public access requests have no anonymous read access. Docket drafts are owner-restricted, docket histories are append-only, and Track & Trace release decisions are audited. These controls are not a claim of independent certification or continuous monitoring of every action.
